Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the 211 mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the App.

2. License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, Findhelp Information Services (otherwise referred to as “we” or “us”, herein), grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the compatibility of your device with the App and for any data charges that may apply when using the App.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

·      Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

·      Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the App to human-perceivable form

·      Transmit any malware or harmful code through the App

·      Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functionality of the App

·      Copy, reproduce or share the data or information presented in the App for unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and all related intellectual property rights, are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written consent.

5. Privacy Policy

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you hereby confirm that you have read, you understand and you agree to be subject to the Privacy Policy available at: https://app.211support.org/privacy-policy. You further acknowledge that the Privacy Policy may be modified from time to time, that you will periodically review the Privacy Policy located at the foregoing URL, and that continued use of the App constitutes your continued agreement to be subject to the updated Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not make any warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the App or the data or information made available to you therein.

The App and the data and information it presents is not intended to be used for emergency or crisis service, support, or source of information. If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, please contact an appropriate service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Use.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at our discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the App following an update to these Terms of Use shall imply your consent to the terms that have been updated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario in Canada.
